I just got a new iPhone that is only connected to my home wifi connection, and I've downloaded Dropbox and I'm trying to save a short video to my phone from my DropBox folder to share on Instagram, as I've done routinely in the past with my old iPhone. For some reason, it keeps saying "Export Failed. I am trying to export an MP4 from my Dropbox to my Iphone 6c iOS but am. repeatedly getting the 'sorry this type of video cannot be saved to this device'. Have searched around the internet and found this question asked loads of times, yet am unable to find a clear answer as to what the cause is/how to get around this.
